Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Hammer Home Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Hammer Home Services provides home repair, renovation, and improvement services in East Brady and Western Pennsylvania. Our services include but are not limited to kitchen renovations, bathroom remodels, painting, decks and railings, general repairs, and full renovations.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the project, changes requested by the customer, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes to the scope of work or pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. We accept various forms of payment as specified in your contract. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or according to an agreed-upon payment schedule.

Warranties

Hammer Home Services stands behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms vary by project type and will be detailed in your project agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their project, ensuring access to the work area, and communicating any concerns promptly. Customers should also ensure that pets and personal belongings are secured during work hours.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a project. Cancellation policies and any applicable fees will be outlined in your project agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Hammer Home Services is licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the scope of work outlined in your project agreement. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, issues outside the scope of our work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Pennsylvania.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
